We provide full-service real estate representation for buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia. We handle all property types (single family, townhouse, condo) and all price points, from $12,000 to $5.5 million and beyond.
For buyers or sellers, our fee is $500 plus 1% of the property sale price at closing. For buyers, we typically have the seller pay the buy-side fee. Seller clients may be asked by prospective buyers to pay a buyer broker fee.
We cover Northern Virginia, including the counties and cities of Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Loudoun, and Prince William. For service outside of those areas, we can work with a partner Realtor.
