  • Once you engage with us, our Expert Agent will visit the property, providing tips on how to make the home show its best.
  • Optionally, sellers may choose a professional staging consultation, professional photography, and professionally printed brochures.
  • Advice on pricing and sales tactics.
  • Creation of legally required disclosures.
  • Attractive yard signage and lockbox for access.
  • Create and review the text of your home’s description and MLS photos.
  • We will list your home on the market on the MLS and on over 100+ websites.
  • Outreach to area residents and real estate professionals informing them of the home.

As you prepare your home for sale, we’ll provide staging advice and will recommend potential fixes or upgrades, all with the goal of making your home look its best in the eyes of potential buyers.  For an additional fee, we offer a professional staging consultation, professional photography, and professionally printed brochures.

MARKETING YOUR HOME

We broadly publicize your home through the MLS (accessible by all area brokerages).  We also advertise your home on Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow.com and hundreds of other real estate websites.  We utilize direct mail, open houses, and community outreach.

EXPERT ADVICE THROUGHOUT

We’re at your side providing expert advice throughout the process, advising on pricing, strategy, contracts, and negotiation.  Post-contract, we assist on other negotiations involving inspections, appraisals, and walk-throughs.  We also help you avoid legal and contractual pitfalls along the way.  Finally, we review the final settlement statement and provide guidance at settlement.
