Update: We did not sell this one. We got the home under contract, but improvements being made by the condo association caused the complex to fall off Fannie Mae’s approved list, making most conventional financing impossible. We’re confident that the association will properly document the improvements to Fannie Mae and get back on the list. In the meantime, the owner has chosen to rent out the property to a great tenant.
